How Referrals Work
Richmond Carpet Cleaning is a referral service, not a carpet cleaning company. Here is exactly how it works and how we are paid.
What we are
Richmond Carpet Cleaning is a referral service for Richmond, BC. We publish local guidance and connect people who need carpet cleaning with independent providers who serve their area. We are not a carpet cleaning company and we do not carry out the work.
What happens to your enquiry
When you send the form, we pass your details to a provider that covers your area and the service you asked about. They contact you directly to discuss the problem, inspect if needed and give you a price.
How we are paid
Using this website costs you nothing. Providers may pay us a fee for enquiries or for advertising. That payment does not change the price a provider quotes you.
Your choice, always
You are never obliged to book. Ask the provider for their business name, their licence and insurance details, a written scope of work and a price before you agree to anything.
If something about a referral does not sit right, tell us at hello@richmondcarpetcleaning.ca.
